Running from March through September each year, the program is designed to provide a comprehensive support system that nurtures the potential of Maui's girls to become confident, educated, and empowered leaders.
The Maui GEMS program offers a series of workshops that focus on critical life skills, including self-esteem building, résumé writing, financial literacy, networking, and communication skills. These workshops are tailored to equip our participants with the tools they need to navigate the challenges of the modern world and to excel in their personal and professional lives.
