Are you ready for a night to remember? Join us for an exquisite Holiday Celebration. A four-course meal surrounded by breathtaking ocean views on our What Makes You Feel Beautiful Sunset Dinner Cruise Fundraiser. Our event is the perfect way to celebrate, indulge, and give back to a great cause. This fundraiser supports the What Makes You Feel Beautiful organization's mission, which is dedicated to empowering girls and women to cultivate self-love at every age and phase of life through education, mentorship, and resources that help them develop self-love, self-esteem and confidence.
During the cruise, you will enjoy a delicious Maui chef-prepared four-course dinner. The meal will include:
baked focaccia with spinach artichoke dip served tableside as an appetizer
followed by a salad made from a blend of ten locally grown greens and vegetables with mango-passion vinaigrette.
For the entrée, you can choose from grilled entrée options, such as:
Lemongrass-curry marinated sustainably farmed shrimp with lilikoi butter sauce
Teriyaki boneless chicken breast with Big Island papaya salsa
Chimichurri flat iron steak with wild mushroom demi-glaze
Grilled Portobello Mushroom marinated in Chimichurri, over Molokai Purple Sweet Potato Mash, served with Macadamia Nut crusted Goat Cheese Medallion
Smoked Tomato Coulis, and Reduced Balsamic (vegetarian).
All entrees are served with coconut-whipped Molokai purple sweet potatoes and grilled vegetables with macadamia nut pesto.
Dessert will be triple chocolate chip brownies with fresh Kula strawberries, Maui coffee, and hot tea.
We'll also offer unlimited soda, juice, and filtered water, plus three complimentary alcoholic beverages. You can enjoy vodka, gin, rum, and beer crafted on the island from Ocean Vodka and Maui Brewing Company, and wine and tequila are also available.
To secure your spot, we offer an Early Bird Ticket, available until June 30th, for $175 per person. Afterward, the ticket price is $250 per person from July to November 30th.
